Mesos Data is a Sri Lankan technology company. We build one thing, exceptionally well: the market infrastructure that lets licensed operators bring regulated prediction markets to Sri Lanka — with compliance, auditability and financial rigour as non-negotiables.
Our thesis
Most gambling software treats compliance as something to retrofit. We inverted that: we engineered the platform assuming that an operator, an auditor and a bank would one day need to examine exactly what happened — and built it so that going live becomes a configuration change rather than a rebuild.
The result is infrastructure that a licensed operator can adopt with confidence — and that a regulator can examine with clarity.

We never accept bets or hold customer funds. Licensed operators run the product; we power it.
If we can't audit it, we don't ship it. Every claim on this site is a property of the system.
How we work
An operator stakes its licence on our software. We treat that responsibility as the primary specification.
Money is exact, boundaries are enforced in code, and money-critical paths are tested end to end before release.
Cross-border flows are netted, reviewed and reported — described plainly to every stakeholder, never disguised.
